3Jesus answered him, “Truly, truly, I say to you, unless one is born again he cannot see the kingdom of God." John 3:3

You must be born again. 

What does that EVEN mean? 

Even the Pharisee who He was talking to asked how that could be. Jesus then repeated that to Nicodemus. 

It means he wants to make us a new creation. 

We are not as good as we think. Sure we may be nice, but we have all sinned many times. 

Think about how many lies have you told in your life, you're a liar. 

How many times you have thought bad things about people and how we have hurt others.  It's a sin in God's eyes. Even being mean to a cashier is not good. 

Have you disobeyed your parents? (That's also sin).

Have you looked at someone with lust? (Also sin).

We aren't as good as we like to think we are.

If God were to judge us by the 10 commandments, we would all fail miserably.

But there's good news! God came to this earth and lived among us, died for ours sins, and rose again after 3 days. If we confess our sins he is faithful to forgive them!

If we want to see Heaven we can:

1. ask God to forgive our sins.
2. tell Jesus that you want to accept Him personally into your life and live for Him with the help of the Holy Spirit.
3. Confess with your mouth that you truly believe that Jesus rose from the dead.

If you did that with true faith in your heart, you can start living as a new person. You are born again. Now to live for Him there's some things you should do:

• Find a church home. Pick a good church that will help grow your faith and is free from religion. 
• Start a Bible reading habit.  Go to biblehub.com to read for free.
• Pray and sing to God. 
• Be baptized (water immersion).
